♻ LaserJet (Toner) Cartridge Remanufacturing – Overview
1. Collection & Sorting:
Used toner cartridges are collected and sorted by brand/model; intact units go to remanufacturing, damaged ones to material recycling.
2. Disassembly:
Cartridges are opened; reusable parts (drum, rollers, blades, seals) are separated; non-usable components are set aside for recycling.
3. Cleaning & Refilling (Remanufacturing path):
Residual toner is vacuum-cleaned, premium toner is filled, worn components replaced, resealed and test-printed for quality.

• Purchase: dispatch after PO + 50% advance; balance per agreed terms.
• Rental: setup after PO for one year (based on monthly rental) + security cheque for full value. Minimum rental period 3 years.
